Supply Chain Analyst

BASE COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $85,000 annually LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ WORKPLACE SETTING: Onsite POSITION SUMMARY 10X Health is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to support the performance and optimization of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will partner cross-functional with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, service level performance, quality, and operational scalability. Day-to-day, this person will analyze inventory trends, monitor vendor performance, place and manage purchase orders, support forecasting initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across procurement, fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires a highly analytical individual who is comfortable translating data into action and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. OBJECTIVES Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecards Analyze inventory trends and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and reduce disruptions Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities across product lines Monitor vendor performance and track adherence to SLAs and turnaround expectations Partner with Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues impacting customers Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery Support procurement and vendor management processes through reporting and analytics Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory data across systems and reporting tools Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Other duties, as required COMPETENCIES Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and communicate data clearly Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience creating dashboards and translating insights into business recommendations Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment concepts Ability to work independently while driving accountability across stakeholders Continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence General understanding of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or a related field Experiencein nutraceuticals is a strong plus Bachelor’s Degree required; Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer Travel up to 10% of the time COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
