Onsite Representative Lead

Overview Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional Onsite Representative Lead to join our team. As Onsite Representative Lead is accountable for representing Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interfacing with the Customer Administrator and on-site area managers to maintain and replenish customer supply bins, and providing an on-site presence to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving issues and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. This role monitors processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Mentor and lead a team; demonstrate self-starter initiative and motivation. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills; ensure clear and accurate data entry and documentation; follow through on multiple tasks. Provide excellent customer service, interacting tactfully, confidently and ethically with internal and external customers. Be detail-oriented and capable of in-depth research; cross-train in multiple critical areas; work with integrated data systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as required. Be flexible with scheduling needs per customer requirements; travel between customer sites as necessary with reliable transportation and driving record. About Role Maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales and Finance. Provide operational support and status updates; notify of critical stock outs; coordinate new and off-contract requirements; identify quality or process improvements and opportunities to add value-added products or services for customer satisfaction and profitability. About You High school diploma; some college or college degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in JIT, VMI or 3PO within the aerospace industry. Excellent customer service and interaction skills with direct customer and supplier contact. Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison and/or as a reliable company representative with positive results.
