Physical Therapist - Phys Med Rehab

Responsibilities Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training- Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program. Coursework/Training- Completion of a clinical internship. Coursework/Training- Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ambulatory setting.
