**Cath Lab RN Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience. - Willing to consider travelers with 1 year of experience. - Previous Charge Experience: - - Charting System Experience: - - Community Hospital Experience: - - LTAC Experience: - - Trauma Level I Experience: - - Trauma Level II Experience: - - Travel Experience Required: - - **Certifications:** - BLS/ACLS - **Licensure:** - Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission. - **Skills:** - EPIC experience is strongly preferred (required for ER). - **Professional References:** - Two professional references completed within two years of the current date, must be completed by someone who worked with the candidate in a supervisory capacity. - **Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Copy of Covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption, the traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (must use facility form). - Flu Vaccine: Unknown
