A high-volume full-service restaurant in Richmond, KY is seeking an experienced leader to drive operations. You'll oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, set the tone for service excellence, and build a thriving restaurant culture in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
- Proven restaurant management experience in high-volume settings required
- Strong operational and financial acumen with attention to detail
- Ability to lead and develop diverse restaurant staff effectively
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution under pressure
- Current food safety certification and health code knowledge
