Job Description:

Role: JD Edwards Business Analyst (EnterpriseOne) / JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Analyst


Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite. They are open to a relocation candidate.
Direct Hire
Salary: $$ Base + Benefits.

• Onsite 5 days a week in their Charlotte office.
• They have a person who has been doing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for 20+ years. This candidate will work closely with them to learn about the ERP system and environment.
• Functional, but want someone who can be technical and do some SQL/Data type work as well as system enhancement s and build-outs eventually.

Position Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Business Analyst to support our JD Edwards system across various functional modules . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day performance, usability, and reliability of JDE applications. This role is focused on system support, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing enhancements aligned with business needs.



Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards 9.2.x or higher .
• Proficiency in JDE tools such as Object Management Workbench (OMW), Orchestrator and SQL Developer.
• Experience supporting full life cycle ERP processes and enhancements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with third-party software integrations involving JDE.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Understanding of business process documentation or modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications across various business modules.
• Monitor system performance and participate in routine operational tasks including month-end and year-end processes.
• Identify and resolve technical and application issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Work with end-users to understand support needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of updates and customizations using the JDE toolset, including Orchestrator, SQL Developer and JDE Object Browser.
• Ensure system reliability and data integrity across all JDE-supported processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
