We can't teach a great attitude.We're looking for someone who is:Friendly, outgoing, and approachableComfortable talking with patientsPositive and energeticCompassionate and genuinely enjoys helping peopleDependable and accountableA team player who is willing to jump in wherever neededComfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environmentOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable with computers and learning new systemsReady to learn and growIf you're the person who makes patients smile, keeps your teammates motivated, and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves when things get busy, you may be a great fit.As a Medical Assistant, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while creating a great patient experience.Your responsibilities may include:Taking manual patient vitalsPerforming routine blood draws and venipunctureAdministering IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the providerAssisting providers with patient care and proceduresRunning in-house labs and preparing outside lab samplesMaintaining lab equipment and quality-control documentationHelping with inventory, ordering, and suppliesSupporting front desk operations when neededBuilding positive relationships with patients and teammatesHelping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinicWhat you need:High school diploma or GED required3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR completion of a 180-hour externshipPhlebotomy experience preferredMA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not requiredStrong computer skills and willingness to learn new systemsFlexible availability, including some evenings and SaturdaysAbility to pass a criminal background checkDon't have your certification yet?
