Night Hospice RN Case Manager — 7 on/7 off

MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, WA seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Hospice team. You will facilitate interdisciplinary plans of care and guide patient progress toward quality and cost-effective outcomes, while upholding our mission and values. The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (or within five years), current WA RN license, BLS, and preferred MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP. You will work 5pm-5am on a 7 on/7 off schedule with a 1.0 FTE commitment, supporting patients and families in #J-18808-Ljbffr MultiCare Health System
