This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing pharmacy orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and quality, this is a great opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack pharmacy orders based on system-generated lists.Verify product information, lot numbers, and expiration dates to ensure compliance.Prepare orders for shipment by labeling and securing packages.Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety and regulatory guidelines.Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.Participate in training for additional warehouse and compliance duties.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in pharmacy or distribution preferred (0–2 years).EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Holiday differential.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $16.00 - $28.84This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
