Position: Die Cutter Operator
Summary:
Operate and maintain Delta ModTech die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
- Set up rotary, semi rotary, and sheeted die-cutting jobs.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Install and align dies, tooling, and web materials.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- Complete production records and quality documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and company policies.
- Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to improve efficiency.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
- Experience with die cutting, web converting, or printing equipment is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read measuring devices and production specifications.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
