Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to final placements.
• Serve as a Partner to Clients, deeply understanding their hiring necessities, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing through our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your network and tools such as our exclusive communications platform.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates efficiently, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements that offer enduring value to clients leading to significant commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand and promote yours.
