Application Deadline: 21 October 2026 Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: North Hollywood, CA Reporting To: Director of Sales Operations Compensation: $24.00 / hour Description Pay: $24/hour Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday Location: North Hollywood, CA (On-Site) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 days We're hiring a full-time Sales Operations Administrator to be the operational engine behind our sales team — processing orders in our ERP system, resolving customer inquiries before they become issues, and keeping sales projects on track. Located in North Hollywood, convenient to Burbank, Van Nuys, Glendale, and the greater San Fernando Valley. No cannabis industry experience required — we provide training. What You'll Do Review and process sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy before and after fulfillment Communicate order details, updates, and changes directly with dispensary customers and internal teams Manage special requests, order modifications, and exceptions, including sales rep requests and unique transportation needs Process timely invoice changes, price adjustments, cancellations, returns, and pushed orders as needed Support delivery drivers with issues that come up during deliveries Maintain and update sales databases and records, ensuring data integrity Deliver responsive, customer-first support and maintain a professional, positive presence in every interaction Assist the Sales Operations team with larger projects that improve processes, reporting, and cross-functional efficiency Adapt to changing priorities and take on ad hoc tasks as needed, full-time Monday through Friday Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude What You'll Bring High school diploma required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A customer service mindset — you view every interaction as a chance to build trust internally and externally Responsiveness: you act fast, anticipate needs, and follow up relentlessly Growth mindset: you love to learn, iterate, and level up Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with ERP systems and/or Asana is a big plus Self-starter energy — you’re great working alone or with a team Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt Passionate, enthusiastic, and solution-focused Also relevant if you have experience as: Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, Sales Support Coordinator, Order Processing Coordinator, Order Management Specialist, Customer Service Administrator, or Sales Administrative Assistant.
