You will design and solve for performance, availability and scalability problems. You will have opportunities to develop software on the latest platforms and drive the roadmap for the next generation. You will have the opportunity to work with many other teams in AWS to build a secure, performant, and reliable system.About the teamThe AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS) Performance team is comprised of a diverse set of deep systems level software experts. We ensure EBS customers get consistent and low latency IO. We own everything from the long term roadmap, design, implementation, and testing to the day to day monitoring and observability of the system. Being at the heart of much of what AWS does presents numerous opportunities for growth and collaboration.Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
