About The Job Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, risk profile, and business requirements, through interviews and workshops Document requirements, assess, optimize, and implement systems to ensure process improvements and best practices are followed Undertake the implementation of reinsurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing insurance operations Collaborate with the Client’s internal teams, including operations, accounting, finance, and IT/ Data, to deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape Job Requirements About you: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus At least 5 years of experience in an Insurance/ Reinsurance firm or with a Consultancy working with Insurance/ Reinsurance clients (preferably outward or ceded) Project management and effective change management skills to execute work through the various phases of the project lifecycle Hands-on experience in target operating models and process design & development, project and stakeholder management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives Willingness to travel as required Job Benefits Why us: Global consulting company with expertise in the financial space A comprehensive onboarding program that offers you time and resources to broaden your skillset and orientate yourself to Synpulse’s values and methods Continual and comprehensive learning and development through our Global Academy Program Internal and external events to drive our DE&I mission “Free To Be Me” Innovative team bonus scheme following our "One Spirit" approach Opportunities to transfer between practices and to our locations across the world Hybrid working environment 20 days annual leave plus public holidays Contribution match for retirement account Health and life insurance coverage from day 1 Extensive Perks Program Your Documents To Start The Process Resume The salary range in New York City for this role is $100,000 - $175,000 Do you approach your tasks with commitment and enjoyment and are you convinced that teamwork achieves better results than working alone?
