Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite either in Hoboken, NJ or Minneapolis, MN

Contract Duration: 7 months

About the Role:

\n

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead B2B marketing strategy and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for a Partner Solutions business focused on strategic partnerships with societies and publishers.

\n

\n

The role will drive account-based growth, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and develop a high-performing team while strengthening strategic account management frameworks and processes.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Develop and scale ABM strategies for priority accounts.
\n
• Establish strategic account management frameworks, including account tiering, governance, and engagement models.
\n
• Lead integrated campaigns, demand generation, content, and industry events.
\n
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and senior leadership to drive business growth.
\n
• Coach and develop the marketing team and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
\n

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ABM strategy and B2B marketing leadership.
\n
• Experience designing strategic or key account management frameworks.
\n
• Strong background in integrated marketing campaigns and team leadership.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
\n
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase.
