Dunkin Crew Member Opener

Position Overview We are hiring an Opening Team Member (opener) who arrives at 4 am to prepare the store for opening. The successful candidate starts at $17 per hour with tips. This position is available for full‑time or part‑time schedules. Responsibilities Prepare the store for opening (cleaning, restocking, inventory, etc.). Ensure all equipment is ready and functioning. Work with teammates, communicate respectfully, and comply with all policies. Adhere to schedule and arrive on time. Respond positively to feedback and direction. Qualifications Must be over the age of 18. Must be available to work early morning opening shifts (as early as 4 am). Must be able to fluently speak and read English. Capable of counting money and making change. Able to operate restaurant equipment. Required Competencies Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
