Position: ICU RN

Shift: Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s Days, 7a -7p (Requesting 4x12s if possible)

Ratios: 1:2 - 1:3

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes

Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years

First-timers accepted: Yes, but must have 2 years of experience in ICU

License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start.

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Special Requirements: CRRT experience required

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): This unit does self-scheduling, schedule is every 6 weeks

Local Radius: 60 miles

Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All PTO must be on the contract to be considered. Schedules must be flexible to fill the needs of the unit. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation.

Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
