Responsibilities 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis related to software development projects. Gathering and documenting requirements. Understanding of the software development lifecycle. Working independently with initiative and judgment. Familiarity with standard market testing tools. Looking for motivated, self-initiating individuals with strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Key Duties Application administration using GUI interface. Application configuration and support. Coordinate with business users for requirements and support. Coordinate with technical teams for application upgrades. Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation. Maintain records of design decisions for reporting. Design report layouts and create design documentation. Validate user interface specifications. Design test guidelines and assist in UAT preparation. Identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
