Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailed surface cleaning to uphold luxury specifications.
• Prepare vehicles for dealership display, test drives, and final customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles during cleaning for noticeable cosmetic or mechanical issues and report any concerns.
• Safely move and position vehicles across the dealership lot to ensure organized inventory presentation.
• Remove window stickers on sold vehicles and ensure proper placement of brand and dealership emblems.
• Support the sales and service teams to maintain a smooth, efficient daily workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

• License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stay active, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and maneuver vehicles safely.
