Senior Associate

FourFound is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the origination and execution of M&A, project finance, structured finance, and debt advisory transactions across the renewable energy, energy transition, and infrastructure sectors, in both North America & Latin America. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of M&A, project finance, structured finance, and capital raising transactions. Build and maintain complex financial models, valuations, and financing analyses. Evaluate investment opportunities across solar, wind, battery storage (BESS), hydro, and infrastructure assets. Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and transaction materials. Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with sponsors, investors, lenders, and advisors. Contribute to cross-border transactions across North America and Latin America. Requirements 3–5+ years of investment banking, project finance, M&A or structured finance experience. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities. Experience across M&A, project finance, and infrastructure financing. Renewable energy or energy transition sector experience preferred. Fluent Spanish required. Latin American transaction experience strongly preferred.
