Airtronics, an Aerospace and Aviation company specializing in repair, overhaul, manufacturing and machining of products in support of various U.S. Department of Defense Agencies are looking for a motivated and dependable Purchasing Agent / Scheduling Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with purchasing materials, supplies, and services
• Create and track purchase orders
• Coordinate and maintain production and delivery schedules
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments
• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help identify and resolve scheduling or purchasing issues
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Perform general administrative and organizational duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Entry-level; previous purchasing experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage your own time and prioritize tasks
• Strong multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Excel proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
