Responsibilities Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, & reviewing financial reports Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building appropriate actions Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members Maintains an exceptional level of customer service Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws Works with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations Requirements A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others Effective communication and interpersonal skills Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales Excellent customer service standards Passion for Results Valid driver's license and vehicle Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Must pass a Drug Test and Background Check Must be atleast 18 years of age This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mar-Stew
