Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:

• Act as a primary business-facing resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related enterprise applications.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate business needs, and recommend technology solutions.

• Analyze and improve business processes through system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.

• Support ERP projects, system implementations, integrations, testing activities, and solution deployments.

• Define reporting and analytics requirements while supporting dashboard and KPI initiatives.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and post-deployment support activities.

Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.

• Strong experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Background in requirements gathering, process improvement, testing, and enterprise application support.
