What will you do? Create dynamic new media content to enhance guest experiences and develop business relations. Assist with the promotion of all assigned locations. Maintain open communication with clients, guests, media, and vendors. Manage assigned marketing channels including creating social media posts. Investigate and solve service complaints about various communication platforms. Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to analytics of social media accounts. More About You Working towards or have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred. Previous experience with social media site management on a non-personal level preferred. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
