Senior Leadership Technical Program Manager, AI Data Google, Mountain View, CA, USA Responsibilities Lead programs for tamper‑proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage. Work with engineering, product management and other partners to define workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones. Develop and maintain processes, monitoring, reporting and communication channels to ensure effective execution of programs. Identify and implement risk mitigations and resolve issues. Provide project status updates to cross‑functional teams and executives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of program management experience. Experience working with data structures or machine learning algorithms. Experience managing complex, cross‑functional technical projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. Experience navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies. Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and the software development lifecycle, with ability to grasp technical concepts related to AI/ML services and compliance implications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex compliance topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
