Physician Hospitalist The Division of Hospital Medicine at Beth Israel Lahey Health is actively recruiting staff hospitalists for its affiliated site at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. Day and Night Time Hospitalist Opportunities The Department of Hospital Medicine at Beth Israel Lahey Health is actively seeking hospitalists interested in a full‑time position. Day and night time positions are currently available. The Department is comprised of more than 60 FTE physicians and approximately 10 advanced practitioners, all committed to providing exceptional patient care. The Group employs a hybrid schedule which includes the traditional 7 on, 7 off block schedule and regular day schedule. Although there are no hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges. The Department of Hospital Medicine is a democratically run, collegial group where providers feel their contributions are recognized and valued. Qualifications Strong academic credentials, including Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Committed to providing exceptional patient care. $240,000.00 USD – $316,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range that the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses. Beth Israel Lahey Health will also provide reimbursement for interview‑related expenses and relocation support.
