Operating through a portfolio of market-leading businesses, the organization has built a strong reputation through operational excellence, strategic acquisitions, and customer focus.Your new roleReporting directly to the CFO, you will lead all FP&A activities across the platform and partner closely with executive leadership to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, responsible for consolidating financial performance across multiple operating companies while driving greater visibility, accountability, and decision support.What you'll need to succeedYou will bring deep FP&A experience within a multi-entity environment, ideally across construction, industrial services, building services, engineering, or other project-based industries.
