Director of Maintenance Job Summary: Bella Terra Streamwood, a renowned healthcare organization committed to providing quality, reliable care, rehabilitation, and wellness programming, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Responsibilities: Develope and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Manage and maintain a budget for maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication Ensure compliance with OSHA, Life Safety and other regulatory requirements Identify and prioritize capital projects and implement them in a timely and cost-effective manner Requirements: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferable in a skilled facility Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive salary (to be determined) Comprehensive benefits package (to be determined) #J-18808-Ljbffr
