Concierge

Concierge Position Available

Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights is hiring a Concierge, PRN (as needed). $17.00/hour. 48 hour shifts between 8:00 a.m.8:00 p.m., including weekends.

As Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, keeping the front desk running smoothly and helping create a welcoming, well-organized experience every day.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across departments
• Support daily operations and help keep the front desk running smoothly

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination

Preferred:

• Prior concierge or customer service experience, senior living a plus
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay and benefits

• $17.00/hour, credit for experience

Schedule PRN, as needed. 48 hour shifts between 8:00 a.m.8:00 p.m., including weekends.
