Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health for a contract position in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for clinical documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.

Location: Albuquerque, NM Contract Length: Approximately 14 weeks Start Date: ASAP Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Coverage Area: 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM On-Call: Rotating schedule Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00/hour
