Associate Attorney

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Southfield, MI, offering flexibility for remote work while collaborating with a highly respected litigation team.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Attorney, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload and play a key role in all phases of litigation. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs
Handling employment law and professional liability cases
Participating in negotiations, depositions, and court appearances
Collaborating with team members while also working independently

What We’re Looking For

Licensed attorney in the State of Michigan
Experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, and/or professional liability
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Ability to manage workload independently in a hybrid/remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
