Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine.How you'll contributeA Front Desk Representative who excels in this role:Greets and registers patients, verifies information, and obtains signatures.Handles multi-line phone system; routes calls and coordinates with answering service.Collects payments (co-pays, deductibles), assists with account inquiries, and reconciles daily deposits.Supports MD orders (e.g., work excuses, medical records).Maintains and organizes patient records and charts.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
