Travel Registered Nurse - PCU Location Englewood, CO Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7 PM - 7 AM Job Description The Multi Trauma Unit (MTU) is seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for patients with complex trauma needs. As a Level 1 trauma center, this unit handles a highly acute patient population, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for nursing professionals. Responsibilities Monitor and manage critically ill patients with various trauma conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in procedures such as placing chest tubes and bedside bronchoscopies. Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment, including vents, feeding pumps, and wound vacs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience in a PCU unit. BLS and ACLS certifications required. NIHSS experience and Meditech familiarity preferred.
