Job Description
Registered Nurse - NICU

Schedule

12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule, including start times at 7 AM and 7 PM. Every other weekend and holiday required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred)
• 2+ years of previous NICU RN experience required
• Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house emergency nursing services to full-term and premature infants.
• Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care to patients and families.
• Ensure safe, efficient, effective, and timely care meeting diverse needs.
• Perform patient assessments and execute treatment protocols.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and clinical skills.
