Job description:
Responsible for providing customers with an exceptional buying experience. Maintain efficient operation of wash and overall cleanliness of the facility. Promote car wash cash sales and engage customers in car wash promotions.


Essential Functions:
• Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival at car wash.
• Have knowledge of car wash packages and unlimited plans. Assist customer and answer any questions about different car wash packages and provide the best buying experience.
• Guide customers into the wash bay.
• Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels and communicate with leaders when low.
• Keep car wash, windows and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.
• Light preventative maintenance.
• Protect the assets of the company.

Non-Essential Functions:
• Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.
• Must be able to work as an integral part of a team. Assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to work weekends. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. High energy and have a great work ethic. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills. You may be asked by your leader to perform other duties that are not listed above.
