• You enjoy diagnosing problems and take pride in fixing them the right way the first time.
• You have strong mechanical skills and can confidently troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.
• You work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of every repair.
• You care about quality craftsmanship and treat every customer's pool as if it were your own.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping less experienced technicians grow.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
• Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with real craftsmanship
• Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
• Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
• Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head
• Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time

What You Bring

• Proven experience in pool repair — plumbing, vinyl liner, and equipment work
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct
• Comfortable working independently on complex jobs
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pride in doing the job right the first time, not just fast
• Customer service skills that are top notch - people love you!

Everyone starts in the field cleaning pools and maintaining customer accounts, however our goal is to have a full time repair tech only doing repairs. We expect the right person to come in and help us grow to achieve that and more. And we would increase your pay as we grow and you'd have incentives to market in your area to get additional customers, repair jobs, and even installs. The more we grow, the more you make. Company vehicle and gas included.
