Job Overview:

The Opportunity :

You will play a pivotal role in placing and finishing high-quality residential concrete projects across the Holland area. Joining our skilled team means working with modern, high-grade equipment that simplifies heavy work and enhances output. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute expert concrete flatwork placing, pouring, screeding, floating, and finishing on residential job sites.
• Utilize specialized equipment and power tools to increase job site efficiency and overall pour quality.
• Collaborate closely with crew members to maintain efficient daily workflow and meet accurate project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with standard field procedures.
• Arrive at the job site on time every day with a positive attitude and strong team-first energy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven field experience operating as a concrete flatwork finisher or installer.
• Demonstrated mastery of standard concrete tools, finishing techniques, and slab preparation.
• Strong teamwork ability, positive attitude, and exceptional daily punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at local job sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of dedicated experience in residential concrete flatwork.
• Familiarity with decorative finishing, stamping, or specialized residential slab layouts.
