Location: PA, Pittsburgh - Fulltime Position. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Leads the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry's best practices.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborates with stakeholders (clients, product owners, other technical teams) to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure alignment.
- Provides technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform development, including security, performance, and maintainability.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and incorporates them into development processes.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as Apex, Lightning Experience(LWC), and integrations.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Admin, etc. (desirable).
- Design software solutions to address business needs
- Write code, test, and deploy software
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation
- Maintain and debug software
- Assist with automating manual testing
