Server Assistant - Busser

About the Role Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Server Assistant to be based at The Fulton. The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves assisting servers and attending to guests while upholding high standards of food, beverage, and service. Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and dishware, and attending to guest requests. Deliver a high‑quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests. Ensure the area is well stocked and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift. Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during, and after service. Complete all assigned side work relevant to guest‑interactive service, in compliance with 80/20/30 rules. Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience. Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service. Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude. Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need. Qualifications 1+ year Server Assistant experience in a fine dining, high‑volume setting and/or relevant, equivalent experience preferred. Ability to think quickly and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively and eloquently, both verbal and written. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Stand for prolonged periods of time. Compensation Base pay minimum wage $17.00 per hour, and a tip credit is taken when applicable.
