Kid’s Camp Counselor – Northstar California Resort Job Summary As a Kid’s Camp Counselor, you will provide varied and exciting experiences for guests aged 10–18 at Hawk’s Nest Cabin, an après‑ski club. You will work Monday‑Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, helping with teen programming, ski simulator instruction, and other activity programming. You will create fun experiences, collect waivers, manage admission fees and merchandise sales, maintain cleanliness, and support mountain activities operations. Shift: Full Time and Part Time hours available. Minimum age: 18 years. Housing availability: No. Job Responsibilities Assist with teen programming and help teach how to ride the ski simulator. Create signature nonalcoholic drinks and other games/programs for 10‑18 year olds. Collect signed waivers, admission fees, bar and merchandise sales. Maintain cleanliness of the facility and daily operations. Assist with other activity programming within the scope of the Beaver Creek Resort Company. Nimble – able to twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each day. Friendly – converse clearly and comfortably with guests of all backgrounds and age groups. Reliable – may work unsupervised occasionally; must have reliable transportation and be on time. Background check required. Minimum 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent.
