This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly regarded, market-leading group that advises on some of the world’s most complex and high-profile project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing.2+ years of substantive experiencein finance-related transactional work Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions strongly preferred Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate manages client relationships with ease.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactionsDraft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentationSupport transactions across the energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewablesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international mattersManage transactional workflows from diligence through closingWhy Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to join a globally recognized Projects & Infrastructure team that consistently works on landmark financings and market-shaping transactions.
