Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Medical Center is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our expanding Primary Care team. This is a full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week. Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks are available. There is a reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage. You will work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data.

The base salary is $280,000, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 year medical education loan reimbursement for the term of the loan, and up to $10,000 relocation assistance. There is potential to earn significantly more in total compensation with a tiered productivity model. Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with the intention of becoming Board Certified within 2 years of hire.
