A Caribbean baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts, while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. They also manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and may supervise other kitchen staff.

- Supervision — Oversee and participate in daily baking operations, including staff assignments.
- Hygiene Standards — Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
