Salary: $85,093 - 97,865 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of related experience in systems administration, desktop engineering, or mobile device management.
• We are looking for technical training, relevant certifications, or an IT-related degree.
• We need hands-on experience with Windows 10 or later.
• We value experience across Linux, Android, iOS, and macOS environments.

• We need experience configuring and managing mobile devices, including Android and iOS tablets and phones.
• We require experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including Operating System Deployment (OSD).

• We expect familiarity with VPN technologies.
• We require a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• We require DoD 8570 compliance for IAT Level II, or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe.

• We require solid troubleshooting ability for hardware, peripherals, and software issues.
• We need the ability to work onsite or at customer-designated locations as needed.

• We lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of personal computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment to sustain strong system availability and performance.
• We collaborate with IT colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, resolve cross-team issues, and support classified, unclassified, and special communications networks.
• We drive deployment and ongoing maintenance of standardized desktop and mobile environments, including operating systems, patches, and COTS/GOTS applications, aligned to customer and security needs.
• We use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to test, build, and deploy images and mobile solutions.
• We serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers, including obtaining vendor hardware quotes and resolving incidents that affect end-user productivity.
