Senior Quality Control Manager

Leading a functional team within a development program, the full-time Senior Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing resources, and enhancing campaign development through automation and innovation. Key responsibilities Execute end-to-end quality validation to ensure technical development aligns with campaign requirements Review strategy and program documentation to understand audience selection and segmentation criteria Create and maintain documentation related to program quality assurance and report findings to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination Experience managing and implementing multiple projects Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers Experience with marketing automation and data management technologies Experience working with cross-functional teams
