Reporting to the RVP of SLED, you will:Lead a US Higher Education team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the HigherEd team.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field5+ years of Higher Education Leadership experience in software/SaaSExperience building successful sales teamsYou will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocationFoundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domainWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organizationExperience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experienceYou will be a change-agent in the organization; lead processes that scaleZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
