This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV Senior Consultant - Customer Support based in the United States.

Join a collaborative consulting team dedicated to helping organizations maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central investments. In this senior customer support role, you will combine technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to deliver tailored ERP solutions, resolve complex issues, and drive long-term customer success. Working closely with cross-functional teams and end users, you will configure, optimize, and support Business Central environments while mentoring fellow consultants. This position offers the opportunity to influence client outcomes, stay at the forefront of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and support requirements, translating them into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and customize Business Central environments to align with client workflows and business processes.
• Manage support requests by prioritizing, triaging, and resolving customer tickets while maintaining timely communication and high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective remediation strategies to ensure optimal ERP performance.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to help clients maximize system adoption and productivity.
• Mentor junior consultants by sharing technical expertise, best practices, and customer support knowledge.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, new features, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to continuously improve client solutions.
• Collaborate with internal consulting, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) in consulting, implementation, or support roles.
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer support for ERP solutions in fast-paced client environments.
• Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Business Central.
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central certifications are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to collaborative knowledge sharing across teams.
