In this front‑line role, you'll be responsible for checking in patients, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, scheduling, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and a smile. You'll play a key part in creating a smooth, friendly experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Success in this role means being proactive, detail‑oriented, and an excellent communicator. A high school diploma and previous office experience are required, along with a passion for providing top‑notch service. Job Type: Part‑time Location: Oshkosh Requirements High school diploma Previous office experience Proficient computer and data entry skills Strong customer service skills and commitment to patient/parent satisfaction Excellent oral and written communication skills The ability to communicate with parents and co‑workers in a responsible friendly manner Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and be familiar with HIPAA laws and regulations Summary We are seeking a friendly and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, previous office experience, and excellent communication skills.
