As a Security Officer - Active DoD Clearance in Gilbert, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting protection of restricted areas and assets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
