Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation requirements and therapy productivity standards
